The web pages saved to my home screen have disappeared after every update. This has happened four times now. I look online for an answer to this infuriating issue, but find nothing except "clear your cache ", that is not a fix.
I spoke with a nice person on chat. They said "sorry about that, make sure to save in bookmarks and to homescreen." Thats it, thats the fix? That is not a fix, that's redundancy with the bug being turned into my responsibility. I must now take extra precautions, besides backing up my phone, to not lose things during their update.
I'm finished with samsung products. I know they don't care, I'm only one person in their machine. They won't even notice I'm gone, but, sadly, as a consumer, it is the only recourse I have.

Galaxy S24Before threatening to jump ship, maybe make sure that other companies don't do this as well. Technically the link you created was linked to an older version of the browser, and may not be compatible.
