I have upgraded to Samsung mobile s24 from s21. But I am facing battery draining quite fast I am getting screen on time 4hour or less and sometime without doing heavy usage I am getting heating issues,
Do you get any difference in screen time using power saving mode?
If you go too settings, battery can you send a screenshot the battery use of the apps?
Try going into safe mode and seeing how long your phones battery lasts as it can be cause excessive battery drain can be caused by apps you have installed so go into safe mode and use your phone and see how long it lasts, you won't be able to use any of the apps you have installed outside of safe mode but see if in safe mode without any of the apps you have installed yourself see how long the battery lasts. https://doc.samsungmobile.com/SM-S908B/EUX/doc.html
