Samsung has **bleep** up this time

Samsung has been promising the arrivals of all these exciting things coming during their seminars. Yet, here we are some 4 months later and the only thing that has actually happened is the RUSH job of promoting/releasing of the S25's which has A LOT of glitches and shouldn't have been released in it's current form. 

The UI 7 has taken longer for release then the S25 in it's actual release. Then there's the February security patch for the S24's that hasn't been released yet and no word from Samsung about it's pending release. Matter of fact, no word from Samsung about ANYTHING regarding updates/UI 7 release other than promoting a glitchy phone while completely disregarding any pertinent testing of that phone prior to release.

Samsung has proven they are just doing too much with zero perfection/releases while having too much on their plate. This is the first time I have seen Samsung so unprepared with releases and updates as they have been within the last six months and counting.

Samsung needs to release a statement, going forward, to it's clientele/customers as to what is going on (or lack thereof). Maybe other's will stop asking/assuming about these issues and having rumors fly around. However, we Samsung users are obviously not worth a single word of transparency from Samsung. They need to be reminded as to what side their bread is buttered on!

This whole update situation feels like the pre-OneUI days, it's impressive how badly samsung is fumbling this. They really need to communicate what's going on.

The S25’s just like every piece of technology will have a bug or 2 but so far the S25’s wasn’t rushed out they are doing great.

Samsung only said UI7 would come out after the S25’s with no mentioned date for its release.

Its only the 9th of Feb they still have the entire month to send the security update.

Thanks for trying. However, given the obvious complaints on this platform of how the S25's are glitching, you might want to rethink your answers. As for Samsung "only said". You might want to read back through October 2024 statements about the UI 7 release. (Samsung's been talking about the UI 7 release since that month and going forward). That's approximately FIVE months ago and still counting! As for the entire month of February....did Samsung make a statement saying the UI 7 would be OFFICIALLY released or a security update would be OFFICIALLY released (on it's own without the UI7 update attached) in February 2025? I think not! Samsung has not released ANY statement about any of it's releases/updates. Every single word about any of it has been through rumors and assumptions. Samsung's transparency is NOT their forte!

With all due respect, the complaint comes off a bit Karen-ish. Like Samsung owes us something. They really don't. And in the grand scheme of life, it means so little.

Would I like to see them release One UI 7 now?

Sure.

Am I even the slightest bit inconvenienced by the delay and no update from Samsung about it.

No. Not one bit.

Personally I regards to ui7 I would rather it be thorough tested and any bugs irvglitches fixed before release which seems to me atleasr what is happening yes it's been slow I do not however recall any specific date given by samsung for us release beyond 1st quarter if I recall
