Recently my Samsung account app has been showing notifications to close the app. Is anyone else having this issue. It just started today.

I have also had this issue. Every 20 minutes I get an error message stating that Samsung Account has stopped working. I updated my phone and the message popped up right after, and then my phone told me there was another update to download. Very irritating. I can only assume their relentless push of AI has made them lax on their actual software issues and now we are all getting this weird error message with 0 fixes. Very disappointing to have AI shoved in our faces like this, where the only people seeing any positive effects are the CEOs pulling in even more money. Hopefully they fix this issue or I'm sure they'll lose a lot of customers.

Known issue. Seems to be a conflict with OneDrive. Need to wait for a fix from Samsung.

OneDrive app will not open and is causing Samsung Account app to crash.

I have cleared partition cache.

Uninstalled updates and disabled app. I am unable to uninstall the app completely.  If I leave it disabled, Samsung Account app stops crashing. If I reenable it, Samsung app crashes.

I can log into OneDrive through browser.  Samsung Files app not syncing either.

This issue is NOT occurring on my Samsung Tab S9 FE only on my S24 Ultra

One Drive cannot be uninstalled, but you can clear the app data.  Clearing the app data refreshes the app as if it was a new install.  It will not delete any files already in the cloud, it just deletes the app settings and any customizations you may have done - notifications, notification sounds, etc.)  Try deleting the data and then re enabling the app to see if that helps.  You can always disable it again if it doesn't.

If the issue is only happening on your one device and not the other, that usually  means there is something in  your own phone's settings or temp files hanging it up. You said you cleared the phones cache partition, did you also clear the app cache from both OneDrive (note deleting the data will also delete the cache) and the Samsung Account app?  Try booting into safe mode and seeing if the issue occurs in safe mode.  Warning: this may mess up some of your home screen organization and customized settings.

If none of this helps, put in an error report. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692

I tried all of these and nothing works. I'll try the error report.
