Try seeing if the folder the ringtone is located in is able to be hidden. In Samsung Music, select the top right three dots>Hide folders

I removed all the folders to another place and it didn't work.
I think at first I had given myself an option in the Settings in the same app so that the Ringtone wouldn't be included.
