S24 ultra won't update to android 15

it's a Security patch for January

It's the security patch update like all the other users have stated here. The UI 7.0 hasn't been released anywhere yet, still in beta.

With all due respect, I understand that's what Verizon told you, but they are wrong and shouldn't have told you that. They obviously don't know what they are talking about. You can do an internet search and see for yourself that the Ui 7.0/android 15 has not been released.

My s21 took it but my s24 won't download it.

I had the same issue. Installed the update through smart switch on my PC instead and went smoothly that way. It's the Jan security update btw.
