Galaxy S24I would suggest wiping the cache partition first since this isn't normal and if its continues to power off you would need to contact a service center to have it checked out
Power Off the Device: Turn off your Samsung Galaxy S24.
Enter Recovery Mode: Press and hold the Volume Up and Side buttons simultaneously. Continue holding them until the Android Recovery screen appears.
Navigate to "Wipe cache partition": Use the Volume Down button to scroll down through the menu options and highlight "Wipe cache partition".
Select "Wipe cache partition": Press the Side button to select the option.
Confirm the Action: If prompted, use the Volume Down button to select "Yes" and then press the Side button to confirm.
Reboot the System: Once the cache partition is wiped, select "Reboot system now" using the Side button to restart your device.

Galaxy S24No wiping the cache partition doesn't erase pictures or anything the only way that would happen is if you click on the reset option

Galaxy S24No problem! Just use the volume up and down buttons to select the wipe cache partition, and you should be all set. I wipe mine regularly and never lose anything.

Galaxy S24I hope that helped! If not, you can reach out to a service center. I’ve included a link to their website above for your reference.
