I have had the new S24 Ultra since it first came out. The camera on this phone is absolutely terrible. I miss my S22 Ultra so much because of the picture quality. I have contacted Samsung multiple times about it, and they have done nothing. In a way, I want to upgrade when the S25 comes out just to get rid of this crappy camera, but at the same time, I don't know if I want to keep putting money into a company that is going to lower its standards when putting out a new phone. I hope they at least offer a higher trade-in value for the S24 Ultra to give us a little compensation.
