I have a problem with my samsung s24 ultra and headphones in general, the headphones connect and emit sound but when I try to play any type of content you can't hear anything, with my buds I could adjust it by getting into the wearable app and clicking on any button and magically it works. However, I have other jbl headphones that I can't make them work. Help šš½
Can you try pairing the headphones with another device like your TV or computer? My first thought is to make sure the problem is isolated to the correct device. After that, check the S24 Ultra list of paired devices and clear out any you no longer have or need.
Download the JBL app associated with your headphones; use it to connect them this should fix the problem. Also, once you are connected through Bluetooth, go to your Bluetooth connection on your mobile device, click the settings wheel to the right, and toggle the calls and audio settings.
