S24+ mutes call when answering while phone is locked or the screen times out

Ths is a bluetooth issue I believe. I keep having this issue where whenever I answer a call while the phone is locked people can't hear me. I have used buds 3 and 2 pro and even with my cars Bluetooth it doesn't woek.Once I unlock the phone then they can hear me. I have reset it my phone to factory default and still doesn't work. I have already preformed all the troubleshooting Samsung support told me to do and still nothing works. I have to restart the phone maybe like 3 times a day because once it restarts it works for a while an then it goes bad. Has anybody experienced something similar?

I don't know why that's happening for you, but an easy kludge would be to create a mode that turns on AOD during all phone calls.
