Speakers lack bass compared to my s23ultra. I'd expect every aspect of a new phone to be better, if not the same as the previous generation. The s23ultra speakers sound fuller and much more balanced than the tinny sound coming out of the s24ultra. Maybe calibrate the speakers better?

Yes, I know that. And I've heard that some of these AI features will go to the Galaxy S23 Ultra soon. So you know if that's true?

The more posts I see about the S24 Ultra and people's experience, I feel like the phone is transitional with lots of bugs and even downgrades.
Anyone remember the Note 5 where Samsung took away hardware and some software features. It was transitional between the 4 and then the Note 7 :fire: ... Note 8 was better, mainly because it didn't burst into flames and then came the Note 10, which was spectacular! 3 gens to get it right. Seems when there is redesign, it takes a few generations to get to the real deal.
Think progression from the Note 20 up through S23U.
3 gens to knock it out of the park. Writing this on my 23U now. šŸ˜‰
And yes, 21, and 22 Ultras are good phones. I had the 22.
No doubt the 23 made big improvements.
Wait for the 26U. It will be mind blowing! šŸ¤Æ

It's not bad, but the S24 suppose to be the best of the best, and as you said, it's very buggy, and the speakers are killing me. They are so bad.

Just got my S24U and the audio is horrible, it sounds very crackly and poppy. I tested it versus my S20U and the S20U was loud and smooth. Not sure what's going with the speaker on the S24U but it's bad. Hopefully this is not a hardware issue.

I've noticed that the speakers on my Samsung S24+ are not functioning as they should. I've tried adjusting the volume settings, restarting the device, and even performing a factory reset, but the problem persists.

The sound output is significantly lower than usual, and at times, there is distortion or crackling noise coming from the speakers. It's quite frustrating, especially since I rely on my phone for various multimedia tasks and communication.

I've checked anwhatsapp7 for any software updates, and my device is up to date. However, the issue remains unresolved.

My S24+ has horrible sound quality too.. so crackly for most of the call and sometimes sounds like my phone is under water?! I was able to do radio interviews with my Google Pixel 6 and was confident my brand new S24+ would be equally amazing for sound (if not better since it's a few years newer), but it's so awful, I had to do the interview via Zoom instead. Will Samsung be upgrading the sound quality soon?? If I'd known the speakers were so bad, I would've gotten a different phone (I mostly bought the S24+ for the camera but need good sound quality also)

It seems to do the same with the output to Bluetooth. It may not be the speaker but the driver. I've encountered a similar issue where it peaks sound to fuzz even on low volume on my headset. Through Bluetooth and it doesn't matter if I'm watching a movie on YouTube or listening to music from a file on the device same issue. Sound is peaking off too fast even if the volume is on half.
