S24 Ultra fell out of pocket

Getting out of the car and my S24 Ultra fell out of my pocket and hit the hard, jagged, concrete ground and the edge of the phone got a few tiny dents. And this was with a case on.

For those who's been in similar situation, how'd you cope? Because my OCD is gnawing at the imperfection now, the dent's ruined the aesthetics for me. So much for a "Titanium build".

Oh wow! My sister dropped her s24u outside costco. She had a cheap case and her phone got no dents only a minor scratch on the screen. What case are you using?

Never heard of that brand before, unfortunately. If you don't have 360 coverage, there is nothing you can do; just hide the dents with a case.

I dont see the damage that you see, but if you can't not not see it, then try looking at something else. Like someone else's phone with shattered screen or water logged battery . And you'd view about yours maybe change

Just keep a case on it and you won't see the damage.  I don't see how, with a case on it, you would sustain a dent on the corner.  Even the cheapest cases have reinforced corners.  The case *did* save your phone from being completely broken, though, so it did its job.  I do wish people would stop conflating OCD, a severe mental condition, with a dislike of imperfection - it trivializes the disorder.

There is no conflation here. There are different forms of OCD, and yes, perfectionism OCD is a subtype. Characterized by a constant need for things to be absolutely perfect. For me, a tiny flaw in something that is otherwise should be perfect, orderly, or symmetrical irritates me and ignites a constant and compulsive behaviour to set it just right, in this case, the dent on my what's suppose to be a perfectly clean and smooth phone. It is mental, believe me.

Use a dark grey sharpie to color the scratches and get a dbrand case

A dark grey sharpie will only call more attention to the defect. What they would want is a silver metallic marker, like the kind they use for invitations.
