Galaxy S24I'm so tired of trying to figure out how to fix this stinking phone. Can someone please help me. At&t store was completely useless. My 5g standalone setting is grayed out. Can anyone help me troubleshoot and possibly go over settings and security certificates should look like on this thing. Should of stayed with my s23 ultra.

Galaxy S24My guess would be that he has an older physical SIM that was not aware of this setting, so did not get disabled. I have an unlocked device on the AT&T network, and I don't even have this setting. It is not grayed out, but also does not exist, so it looks like AT&T has disabled this (I know they also disable the band selection screen where you can lock your phone to 4g, so this seems like a similar setting). I would wager that if he went to an AT&T store and got a new sim, or an eSIM, that the setting would gray out or disappear entirely.
