I just got a new phone . I went from a S 9 plus to a S 24Plus and It is making me crazy. I can not get my emails. It will not send my email over since the switch.
Did you set your email app up with your accounts? Did you transfer your data and settings from your old phone to your new one using Smart Switch? Which email app are you using? Can you send emails but not receive? Can you retrieve your emails through your mail services app or website?
If you are using Gmail, please check your account. Your storage space may be full, which could prevent you from receiving emails. Google provides a limited amount of storage space for all content, including emails.
