It's been reported in Korea that some of the updated phones won't unlock.

They have pulled the update due phones locking up.

I've seen several reports stating that one ui 7 has been pushed back by a week so if it all works the global update should take place april 22nd

It doesn’t go by state it depends on when your carrier gets done testing before they will push it out

No, it said it was on the 5th, im waiting for my tab s9 ultra, nothing yet
