RCS messages not all sending

Galaxy S24
After the most recent update my phone will send most messages, but will not send others randomly. It says it doesn't deliver. This happens if I text another samsung user or an iPhone user. Anybody else having a similar issue?

Change your RCS settings to resend as SMS. This will resend any RCS message that does not go through due to incompatibility as SMS
