Phone heats up quickly after updating to one ui 6.1

I don't understand why since upgrading to one ui 6.1 the phone temperature always heats up quickly. I can't find any way to cool it down.

my s24+ phone automatically upgraded to 6.1 and it started heating up after that upgrade. i've been trying to cool it down for 2 weeks now
