I DREAD UPDATING MY PHONE NOW DAYS DUE TO SAMSUNG RAMMING THE USE OF THEIR PLATFORM DOWN YOUR THROAT. I PREFER OTHER UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME PLATFORM. I KNOW IT'S NO SAMSUNG. HOW DO I USE MY PREVIOUS PLATFORM AFTER AN UPDATE? EVERYTHING IS TOTALLY DIFFERENT AND I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT AT ALL. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE.

Galaxy S24Rolling back from Android 15 to Android 14 typically involves unlocking the bootloader, flashing the desired Android 14 factory image, and then optionally relocking the bootloader,This process often requires using tools like ADB (Android Debug Bridge) and potentially a computer, and it will result in a factory reset of your device.

Galaxy S24If you happened to backup your phone using Smart Switch before the update like it is recommended to you could possibly restore the older version that way. If it works you would not be able to update any further on your security updates.

Galaxy S24Not sure what you mean by platform. If you mean the Home Screen, then it is likely that the one you had before is for Android 14, and you are now on Android 15, so would need an update to the home screen in question. Samsung does not force any platforms down your throat, most people come to samsung BECAUSE of their One UI, you could always get an Android device from a different manufacturer if you do not like One UI, or, again, download a different home UI...
