I have noticed that TMobile is either slow or late in providing but system and security updates for Google and Samsung!! I have been with TMOBILE since 2003, and I can attest to this. My Samsung GS23 Ultra is still stuck at Android 14; One UI 6.1.

Android 14 / UI 6.1.1 (it shows 6.1 on phones) is what your S23 phone is supposed to have.

The Android 15 / UI 7.0 full release is going to be launched with the S25 Series (January 22nd if rumours are correct). Release date should be around February 6th. 

Only then the Android 15  / UI 7.0 update should start rolling out to older devices.

S24  > Fold6/Flip6 and so on.

The UI 7 Beta Program is only available for the S24/S24+/S24U Models so far.
