One UI7 size of battery indicator is too small on my s24

Just got the new update oh my God it looks like a speck of dirt what were they thinking how do you read how much battery life you have left on your phone I had to get a magnifying glass That's ridiculous for the $1,000 that this phone cost. This phone should sing to me not make me have to chase down a magnifying glass to see and read information on it anybody know how to make it larger?

You can add a battery widget to your screen if you absolutely need to have a visual of the battery level at all times. I've seen many people post pictures of their status bars with the battery indicator and, even with my bad eyes, I can see it clearly. It's ugly, but visible.

How do you add it?

Either pinch in on your home screen or long press on a blank spot until the screen shrinks up and you see the widgets option on the bottom. Tap that and scroll or search for battery and select the widget you'd like to add to to the screen.

Reading everybody's comments there's some good ideas. For the money we spent on these phones we shouldn't have to make do! I'm going to do a little hunting thanks everyone

Making do?  People buy Samsung phones specifically for the customization.  If one doesn't like the stock apps Samsung puts on, they have the freedom and ability to download something that suits them better.  Battery widgets already exist on the phone, and there are many more apps in the Play store to achieve the visual indicator you want.  Although some people like, and choose to use, some Samsung apps, it's not required to make your phone usable.  If something of Samsung's doesn't work for you, choose something else.  Part of what you pay for when you pay for the phone is the ability to "make it yours".  Even though it appears, with this update, Samsung seems to be removing some of that ability, it is still infinitely customizable. I assume there are still theme packs available to make the new design bearable.  I know for a fact that the more I see and hear about it, the more I am going to hate it; but I am equally sure that I will eventually adapt to it (even if I still hate it after doing so).

That's a great point I hadn't thought to find a different option other than what Samsung offers. Almost all the time I don't have a problem with what my selections are from Samsung so I don't think to go outside those choices. We'll go ahead and start looking at outside choices thanks for that observation

I found an app or widget I guess I could live with for the moment I'm going to check it out again thanks for your suggestion. I chose one that seemed to be simple because let's face it we really don't need bells and whistles when we're trying to figure out how much battery is left!

I just created a routine to send me a notification when my battery goes below a certain level.  While the indicator is good for a quick glance, I really don't want to have to worry about it until I need to charge.
