How come you can't figure out the bug before pushing out one UI 7 and taking so long to get it out to other older phones like the s23 series keep pushing the date of release for that even further it's getting really frustrating to say the most hold on get a notice from you team from the moderate police just asking a simple question I'm already ordered a OnePlus phone because Samsung likes to pick on me just asking the simple question just answer the question that's all I ask

The more you deviate from stock Android, the longer it takes to patch updates. OnePlus only has a few models at any time. Samsung has several. Samsung has more features that deviate from stock Android.

One plus it's not stock android since they have Oxygen ui on it. You right on the modle count but size of samsung not comparable with one plus. Main problem of Samsung users is much more than this question. Samsung is unable until today to update his Trash ship ultra version phones. Samsung Fail really bad. Lets take a look anotherway. Most probably june july android 16 will be released and most probably pixel phone s means pixel 10 should be come out on August and other models up to october with Android 16. Samsung sims to be stock to update android 15. A lots of people also news shows they are working ui 8 for internal testing. This is kind of not real since android 16 is on beta testing. If our clue is android 15 they already released beta versions test it and put on S25 versions and now they fail even on S25 models. Samsung looks like already sold and made his money but forget about something all of here asking simple question where is our update and none of the moderators even company by him self never come a cross and apologizing and even not giving us a timeline.Samsung is nothing without us i mean users. I already orderd my Pixel phone and im telling samsung Goodbye. Already switch my samsung tv 5 years a do to poor support and quality. Now im going to say goodbye to their phone after many years and dealing with same problem over and over. Exept ui and s pen they have nothing to provide . Even they faild on AI since other companies like google and apple they are way more better and advanced. Yes Samsung use to be a good company not anymore.

Your ignorance in this respect is very evident. The complexity and granular control that One UI offers is unparalleled. It requires a lot of work. A LOT. No other Android flavor rivals it in this respect. Be patient. It'll come.

Granted non stock Android phones need to be tested in greater detail than say a stock Pixel phone but c'mon over 5 months to push out ui 7 only to stop the rollout due to bugs Samsung should have fixed during beta. Not to mention the multiple broken promises that were made by Samsung for earlier release dates. Not to mention the lack of information Samsung about the rollout delay, etc. All of this does not generate very much confidence in Samsung on my part.

I see the merits in some of your points but to say you lose confidence in the company because of a delay is not merited. They make lots of hardware with lots of features and it isn't a copy and paste job to port software to older phones with different hardware. I would rather they retract an update and make it stable and then release it then to release it on day one and have half baked software. It will take as long as it takes.
