I'm so sad. I went to enroll and it already reached maximum participants. Can this be? Is there a workaround?

So I have a 24 Ultra and am on Verizon. I assume I don't qualify for a BETA since, for reasons, it was available only on T-MOBILE???

That's the info that I had. I was wondering why I wasn't seeing the option to join the Beta and we'd told that it was only offered to folks on T-MOBILE

The correct info is as follows:

The beta is/was available to anyone who is using an S24 device (Non-FE) that is either Factory unlocked or is T-Mobile branded/locked. 

You can get into the beta on any carrier if you start with an unlocked device.  I am running the beta on an S24 Ultra, factory unlocked, with AT&T as my carrier

From China, after I changed ROMs to Hong Kong.

Changing the ROMs can cause issues with beta enrollment, you know. For example, mainland China has ZC in its firmware, but Taiwan and Hong Kong both have ZS (XX on tablets).
