The people who want smaller high spec phones are a minority in the market. That's just a fact. It's why even with Iphones and Pixels, the larger screens are the biggest sellers.

I don't believe that. All my friends have iphone 15 pro, so Samsung can't offer the same?

Samsung put the writing on the wall when they deleted the Note name and slapped the S Ultra name on it. There is only one Ultra. Everything else they make is beneath it. They clearly don't care. But they never did care about making a smaller Note on par with its larger brother. Just like the largest S was never the same as the Plus or mid sized one. Expecting them to change now or give a **bleep** about what their customers think of these decisions is just futile. They don't care. They care about maximizing their bottom line and would only change if sales slumped.

You cannot fit the gigantic camera, S-Pen and a 5k mAh battery in a smaller device. There's really not much else to it.

Who would expect to have the same same size battery in a physically smaller phone? And it is reasonable to expect some compromises in a physically smaller device. The problem was in the past, the Note 10 and Note 20 were extremely gimped and barely passable as an S device. Midgrade phone ram and storage, no card slot, yet had the premium Note price. On par ram and memory with a slightly smaller battery isn't too much to expect. Back then the card slot wouldn't have been too much either as the sim holders were dual slot sized.

But it's a moot point really. Just a bunch users arguing about hypothetical vaporware. No point to it.

I have one and thus far it's been pretty good. My battery life was a little iffy but the most recent update seems to have fixed that. There is a very niche issue going on right now, if you own/use a recent BMW and use the built in wireless charger it will break NFC functionality on the phone. Apple had a similar issue back in October with the iPhone 15/pro series of phones. Hopefully, like Apple, Samsung will be able to fix the issue with a software update. They are aware of the issue but no ETA on a fix.

Other than that the phone has been fantastic for me. I upgraded from a regular S21. There isn't a ton different but I do enjoy the slightly bigger (and higher resolution) screen. The AI photo editing features have been pretty hit and miss for me. But it's rare that I take a picture that I want to edit anyway. The circle to search feature is pretty useful.

Overall I'd give the phone like 8.5/10. Wish it had wifi 7 and Qi2.

Yes I bought a 24+ mainly for the battery life & screen size but the really bad speaker quality killed it. I returned it. No adjustments would fix it.
