Notifications after update

Has anyone's notifications started showing with a white background from the notification panel, and then notifications showing words in black text on the lock screen since updating recently? I'm using dark mode and never had this issue until I updated this morning. I can't for the life of me find the opacity settings either.

For reference, this is now my notification panel. It should not be like this.

Yes, but I've been using the theme for months without this issue

Hmm there is a first party app called goodlock. Inside, there is a theme park module that lets you customize the text color inside your notifications. Hopefully, that, does you justice.

Since you're using a theme, try removing the theme and see if that resolves the issue. This happens with every OS update, as the theme makers have to update the themes to work with the changes in the OS.
