This new update required me to completely redo all of my settings. Many things are harder to use and to read such as the battery percentage because it is now a black spot with white text... the now bar is frustrating. Instead of having my media (Spotify) at the top of the notifications area, it is much smaller on the bottom with less options. Only certain widgets can be put on the lock screen with notifications and it is not one of them. They added another row of apps once again making things smaller and more compact. Does anyone at least know a way to get rid of the now bar?
I loaded a suggestion tip on my a16 5g. Now I got a panel of videos on my lock screen, that overrides my lock screen message (lost phone contact #) I cant remove it. The videos just load up everytime. The bar thing doesn't help, **bleep**? I just want the screen to show the time and my lock screen message. NOT a bunch of videos of news items and celebrities. Can anyone help?
The now bar is objectively bad & I can't believe samsung hasn't given us the option to remove it yet. Stop trying to force stupid iPhone features on us. Samsung is at its best when innovating new features that apple will copy in a few years, not the other way around. Be better samsung. Allow us the ability to turn off this stupid now bar feature
