I just upgraded to the Samsung s24 Ultra, from a s20 FE, a few days ago. Although the system visually looks different in some ways, I know it's not updated to the latest UI 7. My parents have the newest UI on their s21 line phones and it looks pretty cool, I'm wondering why doesn't my s24 Ultra not caught up yet? I checked my settings, the system says that my software is up to date.. even though it's at UI 6.1. Is there anything that can be done about this? The phone is unlocked.. I'm not sure what other info would be helpful.
Download Samsung's Smart Switch onto your computer and connect your device. If there is an update available, it should prompt you to install it in Smart Switch.
