Samsung did not reset your phone. If you mean that you had the new Android update, your phone will look very different than it did before, and you will probably have to reconfigure your screens. To see if you can get your configuration back, restore your backup. Go to settings/accounts and backup. Tap restore data, select your backup and wait for the restore to complete. The restoration will only apply to apps and settings, not roll back the update. If you did not get the update and your phone actually did reset, the same instructions apply. Your phone should have been backing up automatically.
