Hola mi telefono esta bloqueado me solicita el codigo MCK nunca he ingresado ningun codigo al momento de comprar el telefono el agente de servicioa ATyT debio ingresar multiples codigos ahora sucede q despues de un año quiero pasarme a internet Xfinity mobile y me he dado cuenta del daño q me han ocasionado la en ATyT y no me brindan ninguna solucion quien podria por favor ayudarme con eso gracias
Your issue is with AT&T, not Samsung. The only entity that can unlock your phone is the carrier who it was locked to, so I don't know why you are here complaining. If AT&T requires and master code from Samsung, it is *their* responsibility to obtain it, not yours.

Did AT&T give you a case number? I called tech support and got a case number. They says if I didn't get an email with the mck code by the end of today to call back with my case number.
He needs the MCK Code, which means he incorrectly entered the unlock code 5 times. Now he needs the MCK code so he can retry the unlock code. This code is provided by Samsung, not the carrier. If this person has valid proof of purchase, Samsung should provide the code. FYI
