My galaxy s24 still has no update

Ever since the ui 7 rolled out in April I have been checking if my phone got the update, but it didn't, I let a few months pass by and till this day there is no update whatsoever. Has anyone else not gotten the update yet either?

Where did you purchase your phone?

Who is your carrier ?

Go to settings, about phone, software information, scroll down to where it says Service Provider software version take a screenshot and upload by pressing the + symbol. Be sure when replying to hit the reply button in this text box.

Your phone appears to be a Verizon model, but you have an AT&T SIM. The phone wants updates from Verizon but can't get them because of this mismatch. Your options:

1. Borrow a Verizon SIM from someone to get your updates. You'll have to do this every time you have an update. Or buy a Verizon prepaid SIM.

2. See if AT&T can flash their firmware on your phone. You would then be able to get updates from AT&T, but it would still be locked to their network.

3. Take your phone to an authorized service center to have them flash unlocked firmware, effectively making your phone a factory unlocked (U1) model. There will be a fee for this service. See this link to find a location near you:

I don't think any carrier store has the ability to do this. Nor do I think they want the responsibility of flashing software. All they do in carrier stores now are to upset you.
