My S Pen air command menu does not look like this

Support they Smart Tutor can't figure it out and I have spent 4 hours its them already. This is Ridiculous

That is correct. Smart select has replaced many of the separate screen capture tools.

I am still having problems with this menu. It does not have a white background and does not have the battery % for the pen showing. I contacted support last night for HOURS and they could not fix it. I use pentastic and it is set on default with a default pointer. I have reset the pen, I have cleared its cache and I even changed my wallpapers several times. I NEED HELP HERE please 🙏. Here is what my menu looks like now and then how it should look like below. Oh, I also have it on Standard layout and not Compact.
