My Navigation Bar Doesn't Hide

My navigation bar will not auto hide, blocking the functionality of some apps.

NavStar, a Good Lock Module, provides the option to force-hide the navbar.

They removed the option with an update and gave us an app instead to use to fix a problem they created.
