Malicious Web Site?

UPDATE - I got rid of it by basically denying all permissions to Samsung Internet and can still use Samsung Internet but shut down alot of stuff. Everything else works fine. 

THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO OFFERED TO HELP.

Does anyone know the website address that begins with khmmfcceknnci  and whether or not it is malicious? No matter what I do it reloads on WEBSITE DATA under SITES AND DOWNLOADS in Samsung Internet settings.

Has anyone noticed there is no http protocol listed for it like there is for the Google site below it. 

I've tried everything I know and all suggestions but this is really getting me upset. I even un-installed Instagram.

Never heard of a website like that where did you see the address to click on it

Whenever I go to Samsung Internet, select SETTINGS > SITES AND DOWNLOADS > MANAGE WEBSITE DATA it keeps showing but the address is incomplete and I've tried the few tricks I know to either make it show a complete address or stay deleting but it comes right back.

In settings in delete browser data check there for cookies and sites my guess and only a guess it's a pop up ad or redirect

I've already deleted it 20 times or more, settings COOKIES to BLOCK ALL COOKIES and other options. I can't tell if it's a redirect because I can't get the complete address to come up

I found if you break up name it shows a Instagram account but couldn't find anything else at a loss here on why
