This is a great phone, I absolutely love it. The only issue I have is the S Pen not working properly when using a MagSafe case. You'd think with the price tag they put on these phones they'd fix that issue. I actually started noticing it when I had the S22 Ultra(I thought it was the S Pen itself because my son likes to take them out and bang the nibs on tables).
Magnetic interference with the S-pen is well known and is the reason the s24 doesn't support qi2 magnetic coupling and why samsung doesnt sell a magnetic case. There's not really anything that can be done about it, the way that digital styluses work is inherently susceptible to magnetic interference, magsafe and qi2 magnets are incredibly strong and there's no way to make the phone block that magnetic interference without radically increasing the size and material cost of the phone.
Also samsung has no motivation to make it work with magsafe, considering how that's an apple thing and any case that comes with it is a third party oem trying to be special.

Very displeased with the fact that my galaxy watch has been rendered useless after purchasing a s24ultra.....information should have been made available stating that these products are not compatible...this would have greatly effected my decision on purchasing a s24ulra.....not a happy consumer..
What watch? I have the 6 and it works seamlessly. Didn't even have to do a crazy reset and transfer like I have every other year with every other ultra device.
