Lost my green/white voicemail icon

Hello...

The other day, as usual, I was going to click on the green and white voicemail app, which I have on my home screen. 

(Samsung galaxy s24 ultra phone)

IT'S GONE! 

I did not uninstall it! I've tried everything I know to find it in my app section, play store, etc.

I just would like it back, so I can click on it and view my voicemail.

Can anyone help me?

Others at least get email notifications for replies. I get squat.

You have to set the email notifications up in your "my settings" on the website. Make sure the box is not checked to prevent receiving email from the community. Can't do it in the app.

Did you check your app settings to make sure notifications for comments is turned on?

I've been through all this with mods in exhaustive detail. There are no settings left to change.

OK. I specifically turned the email off.  The app notifications are enough for me.  I hate a cluttered inbox.

Are you on Tmobile?

Did you switch carriers?  Samsung's VVM is only available for certain carriers who do not have their own, and if you switched, the VVM would disappear.  If you are on T-Mobile, they have their own app and you would have to download and use that.

I have the same problem, I have verizon as my secondary and need my vms, visa, tmo as primary
