Random pauses in media playback on your phone can be caused by too many apps running simultaneously, network issues, or software glitches. Try closing unused apps, checking your network connection, and ensuring your media apps have unrestricted battery access and are updated.
Also wanna say if im actively using the phone spotify/ other things dont pause, its when the screen turns off, it will pause/randomly unpause by itself
Do you have any other apps or tools that could restrict usage? Other users had a similar problem with the DuckDuckGo tool.
This is a bit of an extreme option, but you could try Settings>Apps>three dot menu top-right>Reset app preferences. Mind you, you will have to reconfigure all your app permissions and notification settings afterward.
