I lost Samsung messages and I cant get it back, my apk files never work and I don't know what to do.

I dont pay for their cloud im on my parents plan

I also had to custom rom my phone to ui 7, I had a custom rom of ui 7 beta when it first came out

He said he sees Verizon cloud, which means he's on Verizon, which blocks access to the Samsung cloud.
