Keyboard

I have tried everything to get the keyboard that is split; like typewriter. I got it by accident a couple times.

Please HELP...

Choose your type.

Can only choose stand and split. I want it to look like 2 halves; one on each side

Split, is the 2 halves. Split keyboard is only available in landscape

I can't do that on my phone. I am under the impression that is on for large screen phones or tablets. I can do one side shrink.
Try this on yours
1. Open an app where you can type (e.g. Messages, Notes).


2. When the keyboard comes up, tap on the toolbar above the keyboard (look for three dots ⋯ or a keyboard/icon options menu).


3. Go to Keyboard settings → Mode.


4. Select Split keyboard.
