Incoming calls "answered remotely"?

I've been getting certain in coming calls as 'answered remotely ' under the callers name the last few days. Can anyone shine some light on this. . . .

In the call log

I have never seen or heard of that being in the call log

Take a look. It displays under the name of people I know and only them, not every call

My guess and only a guess is a watch maybe i.e your Smart watch

Never saw that before, ever. Was it actually you that answered those calls? Did they go to voicemail? If either is true, it's likely nothing to worry about.

It only says answered remotely on the incoming calls, not the outgoing calls (except for one).  Are you using the Samsung dialer as your phone dialer or have you chosen another? As I said, those calls likely went to voicemail, thus the "answered remotely" designation.
