How to use Google's digital wellbeing app to limit time for a specific website?

Google's Digital Wellbeing allows limiting time on specific websites - per domain.

But in recent OneUI(S24 FE if this matters) I don't see subsections under Google Chrome app.

Do you know if I need to enable some settings to get per-domain timers?

The link you provided shows the Digital Wellbeing options provided by Google. However, Samsung phones have their own version of Digital Wellbeing. This link provides options available through Samsung Digital Wellbeing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001357/
