Can someone help me rest my air tag2 because I'm trying the Ez steps to take out the battery and it says it's set up to another account so how do I fix it if they already say it's the same samsung account š

Your post is a little confusing. Why are you trying to reset your SmartTag 2? What steps are you following and what error message are you seeing?
