This seems nearly impossible, I suppose in theory in your touch screen still works on the phone and it's touch the display that's black... You could find online or use someone else's 24fe to be able to see where and when to press on the blackout screen. You'd follow the same way to mirror a screen which is widely available, just have to hope the touch response works on the phone. You might be able to plug it in to a computer with the USBC at the very least and get the data or whatever. Sorry couldn't help more
