Custom sound pentastic crashing

Every time when I'm trying to setup a custom sound pentastic crash.

Does it say why it's crashing, due to another app etc

Yes all permissions and apps up to day.

This happens when I try to apply set up a custom sound

Are you Bluetooth connected to the pen, did you leave the pen in while checking the sound or did you do it with the pen tapping the screen?

The Bluetooth is connected, and tries with and without the spen on the phone.
