How to change Icon size?

OK I read all the different  post on trying  to change the icon size my version of good lock won't do it so I went to download  it and I can't find the one I have download  in the past the same with theme park I won't let me make bigger icon either so how do I get a new version  of these two apps thanks it's crazy that Samsung  won't let you do this in  their  own software

It's the Home Up module you have to download.

⁃  Open GoodLock  ≻

⁃  Download the Home Up Module  ≻

⁃  Turn Home Up On  ≻
⁃  Home Screen  ≻
⁃  Scroll All The Way Down  ≻
⁃  Turn On App Icon Setting  ≻
⁃  Click on "App Icon Setting" Text  ≻
    ( not the switch on/off)
⁃  Change Icon Size.
