Galaxy S24I'm experiencing a frustrating issue with Google Assistant's voice-to-text on my Samsung S24 when trying to use Android Auto and on my smarwatch. The problem is consistent across both devices:
I activate Google Assistant, speak my message, and it appears to recognize what I'm saying (the microphone icon shows activity).
However, instead of sending the message, Assistant responds with "I didn't get that" and clears the input. This issue only occurs with Google Assistant. Voice-to-text works perfectly fine when I use the Microsoft SwiftKey keyboard on my phone on the phone.
This problem started after the latest phone update on 01/27/2025. Here's what I've tried so far:
* Restarted phone and smartwatch
* Checked network connection (both mobile data and Wi-Fi)
* Verified microphone permissions for Google Assistant on both devices
* Ensured Voice Match is properly set up
* Checked Android Auto settings (for car issue)
* Checked Wear OS app settings (for smartwatch issue)
Any help would be appreciated.

I've got problems after the update also. I don't know why the **bleep** they have to screw with things that are working fine. You would think that with all the money they make from us they would put more money in the IT dept. Do you realize how many cool features they've taken away from us over the past few years with these so called necessary updates
