I think i found the answer. There was a Routine(under Routines & Modes) called power saver. If you read it, you can see where it is directing your phone to open websites. I deleted it. When I put my phone on the charger, nothing opened up.

I have uninstalled or disabled recent apps. Removed Firefox. It is still happening. I disabled chrome and now it is prompting for which app to open.
I have scanned with McAfee and nothing is coming up.
Any other ideas. Please share.
