Google Chrome opens when placed on charger.

Anyone know how I can stop this action?

I think i found the answer. There was a Routine(under Routines & Modes) called power saver. If you read it, you can see where it is directing your phone to open websites. I deleted it. When I put my phone on the charger, nothing opened up.
