I have 2 months old S24 ultra suddenly from yesterday showing moisture in usb post but the port is super clean and no moisture exposed Could someone help me solving this issue.
It is not a "known issue" for the s24ultra. That tech should probably not be providing false information. The charging port can go bad several different ways and usually due to mistreatment. Most likely due to using the device while charging. Anywho, no, it is NOT a known issue for the s24 lineup. In fact, the s24 series is one of the number one best devices samsung has developed. 🖖🏻
This is a common problem with the S24 that the company knows about but refuses to address. If it is not actual moisture, it is a hardware/software glitch that can be remedied by disabling fast charging. This is completely unacceptable to live with crippled features when you pay for them, but the only other thing to do is take it in to a service center and they will ship it back(you lose your phone until it is repaired, which is two weeks, I'm told by the support line members), so really not a solution other than living with slow charging.
Phone support said the software update will fix it - it didn't. It's too bad they don't step to the plate and replace the phone like they should, but that is the way Samsung operates, I guess. I received horrible technical support on the phone , so I think this is my last phone with this company.
