Galaxy S24 Ultra purchased from Amazon stuck on UI 7

My Galaxy S24 Ultra does not update UNE UI 8.0 is still stuck at 7.0 and Android 15.

Buy it in the USA and it is free for any company.

From which vendor did you buy the device (Amazon, eBay, etc)? Which carrier's SIM is currently installed? Please post the requested screenshot. I can't help you without this information.

I bought it on Amazon and my current operator is Cricket.

Return it, it is not a US phone. You will never get updates for it.

DS indicates dual SIM, not a US phone. Still didn't provide the proper screenshot.

Until you answer where you bought it, provide that screenshot and tell us who your provider is, we will not be able to help you. You might think you bought an unlocked device that can be used on any carrier. If your device model code doesn't end in a "U1" it probably still has the old carriers firmware on it.
