I bought my wife an S-24 Ultra. We were looking so forward for all the extras!! Especially the new Gorilla glass and being able to take pics under water! All this excitement was totally dashed upon dropping my phone while I was putting my screen saver on and dropping the phone. Now I have to pay over $2,000 for a big empty promise. From a company I always went to for all my electronics #Samsung Electronics.
What kind of surface did you drop it on? Did you drop it face down? No case or screen protector? Gorilla Glass is just tempered glass, not a magic polymer. It will break under the right conditions. It's made to be durable, not indestructible.
