Ever since the latest Samsung update a couple weeks ago on my Verizon S24 phone, I have lost connection to some apps, particularly my surveillance system app. Nothing but errors attempting to log in. It is directly related to the update! I reset everything on my system, app, etc.. and used another phone to update my entire system. Luckily it worked, but not on my phone.
I've had nothing but issues with Samsung. Not sure why I stuck with Samsung for the S24, I guess the features sucked me in. Samsung fix all your problems!! Every update seems to wreck something..

You need to take your problem to Verizon. They take Samsung's update and modify it to include anything they want added to their customer's phones, which just may be causing the problem you have described.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with your apps not performing correctly after your most recent update.

There are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue. If you are still having issues with any app after performing the troubleshooting steps we recommend reaching out to the developer.

Check the app store to verify that your apps are up-to-date

If you haven't used an app in a while, you may need to make sure it has the permissions it needs to operate. Permissions are automatically removed if an app hasn't been used.

Open Settings, tap Apps

Depending on the app that's causing your problems, you may need to tap Filter and sort, tap Show system apps. Select the app, tap Storage, and then tap Clear data. Tap Delete when prompted.

Open Settings, tap device care and tap Optimize now

Restart your device

Uninstall the app and reinstall

Test the app

Perform a factory data reset: Please be sure to back up your device before performing the reset
